Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 30 days of the sale receipt. All items returned must be undamaged. All shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and there will be a 10% restocking fee. On orders that included free shipping the restocking fee will be 20%. Personalized items, dog costumes and embroidered items are not refundable. Please include receipt or order number and send the returned merchandise to:
